Yonezawa-Miller Company (“YMC”) is a real estate investment and services group specializing in the acquisition, development and repositioning of real estate located throughout the country. We invest thematically, focusing where we see growth potential driven by economic and demographic trends. We do not blindly invest in real estate opportunities. We build relationships with like-minded investors, owners, development companies and operators to align interests and create lasting value.
We invest our own capital and have the ability to own an asset indefinitely with a primary focus on value-add, not exit or short-term results. We are not constrained by an investment theme, horizon, or structure, which provides for more flexibility than traditional real estate investment funds. We have a proven track record of successful real estate transactions as our team leverages in-house resources and our network of experienced partners.
